We provide priority support for our products and services at a rate of 100 EUR/hour, limited to 2 hours per month, weekdays only, from 10am to 6pm EET (UTC+2). For anything more than 2 hours a month and for incident resolution during weekends, the rate is 200 EUR/hour. The response time is 2 hours.
